As an ex-academy footballer A’ameer grew up immersed in the elite sporting environment, having trialled at various Premier League Clubs including Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham, Norwich and Chelsea FC before eventually putting pen to paper and signing a two-year schoolboy contract at Leyton Orient F.C. In 2016, A’ameer decided to pursue academia and began a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport & Exercise Science at Leeds Beckett University. During the summer holidays he would work in Greece, coaching on behalf of the Arsenal F.C Soccer School. In 2019, he began his Masters in Physiotherapy which saw him working with Stevenage F.C.’s 1st Team as well is in various settings within the NHS More recently, he has worked in Norway alongside the Royal Logistics Corps of the British Army, delivering strength + conditioning and recovery sessions. In 2022 he had the privilege of working in Miami and LA as Physiotherapist at the TrainEffective camps, acting as a mentor to hundreds of players from all over the world. A’ameer has ambitions of becoming a world renowned Sports Physiotherapist, delivering the highest quality, person-centred rehabilitation and athletic development.
